ATTORNEY
Jennifer HW Tsai, the founder of the firm, graduated cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2008. Attorney Tsai was a former law clerk at Nevada Attorney General’s Office. She also serves as a pro bono attorney for Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, Clark County Legal Services, City of Las Vegas Senior Citizens Law Project.
Attorney Tsai is an active member of the American Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, and American Civil Liberties Union.
Attorney Tsai worked as a paralegal before she decided to enter law school. She enjoys working with clients from various back grounds. She is constantly looking for better ways to serve her clients by keeping herself up to date with legislative changes and participating in numerous continuing legal education courses to enhance her professional knowledge.
Attorney Tsai also enjoys devoting herself to the local community and regularly volunteers her time whenever there is a need.
